“From the very first contact, when Dan arrived to give us a quote, he was always punctual and polite. It was clear from the very beginning that he understood exactly what we were trying to achieve with the overhaul of our shower room. The work was carried out in a profession manner and with a quality rarely seen in some tradesmen today. Dan engaged with us throughout the process, offered suggestions, cleared up behind him every day; and completed an excellent job. Based on this, we talked on completing our Kitchen. He suggested taking a wall down (was not expecting that), checked it was feasible and again gave suggestions. We went on holiday and left Dan our keys to do the demolition part while we were away.
